SAS Guernsey sewage hits 100 million gallons
At 9:30am today the Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) Guernsey Sewage Counter passed the 100 million gallon mark. This is the amount of raw sewage and wastewater that has been discharged into Guernsey waters since SAS finished its 60-hour vigil on the 25th January 2006.

A 60 hour-long vigil will begin at 9:30pm on Sunday 22nd January by campaigners from Surfers Against Sewage (SAS). The vigil will take place at the States of Guernsey’s government buildings (Sir Charles Frossard House) in St Peter Port.
