Newquay's Will Eastham takes top spot by George Mojo

15/06/2006:// Newquay's Will Eastham returned to winning ways by taking top spot in the Hotdoggers Second Skin Errant contest in North Devon.

Eastham, a former England international surfer and former European longboard champion, was in great form in the building waves at Saunton Sands.

Reigning Hotdoggers champion and first event winner Ben Haworth took the runners-up spot.

The Braunton surfer, who was part of the GB team competiting at an international contest in Cape Town, showed some neat touches on the clean 4 foot wave faces at the Cave.

The final was a gripping encounter with competitors and spectators treated to an exhibition of hot progressive an cool traditional surfing.

Sussex longboarder Adrian Howell took third from prolific British champion Eric Davies - both trading wave for wave during the heat.
