News h2o holidays: The ski shalet goes surfing

[h2o holidays]

Good news for surfers, spongers or skimmers; the ski chalet concept has gone surfing with the launch of h2o holidays surf chalet which is open all year round by Howard Swanwick

14/08/2008:// Within walking distance of the surfer’s paradise that is the Capbreton, Hossegor coast line. (Those who know their surf will be familiar with the international surfing championship that brings the world’s top surfers to Hossegor in September each year).

Jim and Annie’s place is cool, comfortable and fitted out for surfers with a board store, place to dry your suit and repair your gear.

Guests at the chalet will enjoy the relaxed and friendly vibe created by hosts Jim and Annie, who bring to the table nearly 10 years experience of managing ski chalets across Europe. Talking of tables, breakfast, an afternoon treat and a delicious three course home cooked dinner (with all the wine you care to imbibe) are included in the price.

The chalet sleeps 9 in 3 rooms and rates remain the same all year round at 55 Euros per night, with no loading for high season.
The Cote d’Argent also boasts some of the best golf courses in Europe and with the Pyrenees as a back drop there is tons to do here all year around.

Flight info: h2o is less than 30 minutes drive from Biarritz. Bordeaux, Pau or Bilbao are under 2 hours - all Ryanair or Easyjet destinations from the UK.

For more information or to book call 020 81230397 or check out www.h2oholidays.com
